  • In most cases, the best way to contact us is via the contact form on our website. This helps us prioritise urgent queries and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

    Please only call for things that affect today and that the on-site team needs to know immediately. This includes:

    • Running late for drop-off or pick-up

    • Someone different collecting your child that day (please also follow up via the contact form so we can update our records)

    The contact form is best for anything that needs to be logged, updated, or managed on our system, including:

    • Same-day Breakfast Club or After Club bookings

    • Letting us know your child is unwell and won’t be attending

    • Wraparound bookings that aren’t time-critical

    • Booking questions or availability queries

    • General questions about camp

    Calling is best reserved for urgent, same-day issues that the on-site team needs to act on immediately.

  • The camp phone is best used during camp weeks, for urgent, same-day issues that the on-site team needs to know about straight away.

    Outside of camp periods, calling isn’t usually the best option. Calls will connect to voicemail and may not be answered immediately, as the number isn’t actively monitored in the same way.

    For anything that isn’t urgent, or outside of camp weeks, the contact form is the most reliable way to reach us and is checked regularly. We’ll always respond to messages as soon as we can.

  • Response times vary depending on the time of year.

    During camp weeks, we aim to reply within a few hours, Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 6.00pm.

    In the two weeks leading up to a camp, we usually respond within 1–2 working days.

    Outside of camp periods, we typically get back to you within 3–5 working days.

    If something is urgent and affects the current camp day, it’s best to call us so the on-site team can act straight away.

  • In the first instance, please get in touch via the contact form so we can update the booking properly on our system.

    If the change is urgent or really time-sensitive, you can also call the camp phone to let the on-site team know. Please follow this up online so we can make sure everything is logged correctly.
