Booking & flexibility

  • Breakfast Club and After Club are booked as add-ons during the booking process.

Once you’ve selected your camp dates and completed the booking questions (such as health and photo consent), you’ll be given the option to add Breakfast Club and/or After Club for the specific days you need. This happens just before the payment summary page.

If you’ve reached the payment summary page with the “Proceed to payment” button, you’ve gone past the add-ons section.

If you’ve already completed your booking and need to add Breakfast Club or After Club afterwards, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

  • Yes, you can absolutely add Breakfast Club or After Club after you’ve made your booking, subject to availability.

The booking system doesn’t allow add-ons to be added once a booking is complete, so please get in touch via the contact form and we’ll update the booking for you and issue an invoice for the additional cost.

This applies for on-the-day bookings as well.

  • Yes, absolutely. Wraparound care is fully flexible, and you can book it for only the days you need.

  • Yes - in most cases, same-day wraparound care can be arranged, subject to availability.

To do this, please contact us via the contact form, as wraparound care needs to be added to the central booking system for safeguarding and record-keeping purposes. We’ll update the booking, send you an invoice, and make sure the on-site team is aware of the change so your child knows the plan.

If it is very close to pick-up time, you’re welcome to call the camp directly on 03330 067413 to let the team know - but please always follow this up via the contact form so we can update the system properly.

  • It depends on when you realise, but we’ll always do our best to help.

If you realise before the camp day or week starts:

Please contact us via the contact form and let us know which days you need. We’ll add Breakfast Club and/or After Club to your booking (subject to availability) and issue an invoice for the additional cost.

If you realise on the day:

In many cases, we can still help - again, subject to availability.

    • Please contact us via the contact form so we can update the booking system properly.

    • If it’s very close to drop-off or pick-up time, you’re also welcome to call the camp directly on 03330 067413 to let the team know, but please follow this up online so records are updated.

While we’re usually able to accommodate last-minute requests, wraparound care isn’t guaranteed without a booking, so we recommend booking in advance wherever possible.

Timings & Practicalities

  • Yes, you can collect your child at any point up until 6pm.

  • If you’re running late, please call us on 03330 067413 as soon as possible.

We understand that delays happen, and our team will continue to look after your child until you arrive. However, 6.00pm is the latest pick-up time, and we ask parents to make every effort to collect their child by then.

Food & Activities

  • Yes, a range of breakfast options is provided at Breakfast Club

  • Yes, we provide a range of snacks at After Club at a designated snack time.

  • Wraparound care is designed to be relaxed and child-led, giving children space to wind down before and after the main camp day.

Rather than running structured sessions, children can choose from a range of activities depending on their energy levels and interests. This may include:

    • Outdoor play and playground time (weather permitting)

    • Access to sports equipment such as footballs and games

    • Arts and crafts activities indoors

    • Quiet time, such as reading or resting in a calm space

Children are free to move between activities, with staff on hand to supervise, support, and help them settle into something that feels right for them.

  • It can be both, depending on what children need at the time.

Wraparound care is designed to be flexible and child-led. Some children choose active play outdoors or games with friends, while others prefer quieter activities such as arts and crafts, reading, or resting.

Our team supports children to choose activities that suit their energy levels, helping them start and end the day in a way that feels comfortable and enjoyable.

Staffing & safety

  • There’s a mix of familiar faces and a consistent core team.

Our Camp Manager is present throughout the day, including Breakfast Club and After Club, providing continuity and oversight.

Wraparound care is usually supported by a team of 3–6 staff, depending on numbers. This includes a small, regular group of team members who consistently run Breakfast Club and After Club, alongside members of the main camp team. While children may not always have their specific group leader during wraparound care, they will be supported by staff they recognise and feel comfortable with.

Breakfast Club typically runs with a smaller team, reflecting lower numbers in the morning.

  • Wraparound care is fully supervised by our experienced team at all times.

Staffing levels are planned based on the number of children attending, and we ensure appropriate staff-to-child ratios are maintained throughout Breakfast Club and After Club. Our Camp Manager oversees wraparound care, with a consistent team of staff supporting the sessions.

Children have access to a range of activities, both indoors and outdoors. Where activities take place in different areas, we make sure there is always a member of staff present in each space.

As with the main camp day, our priority is to create a safe, relaxed, and well-supervised environment where children feel comfortable at the start and end of the day.

  • If a child needs extra reassurance or support during Breakfast Club or After Club, our team will always respond in a calm, child-centred way.

Our Camp Manager oversees wraparound care and is available to step in where additional support is needed. This may include spending some quiet time with a child or offering extra reassurance to help them settle and feel comfortable.

As with the main camp day, our team is experienced in supporting children’s emotional needs, and many of our staff work in education or childcare settings outside of camp.

We always aim to help children feel safe and supported, while encouraging them to rejoin activities when they’re ready.

  • In many cases, yes - changes such as swapping days can be accommodated, subject to availability.

If you need to make a change to your booking, please get in touch via the contact form as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help where we can.
