In most cases, the best way to contact us is via the form on this page - it helps us prioritise urgent queries and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
When you’ll hear from us
During camp weeks: we aim to reply within a few hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm.
In the two weeks leading up to a camp: we usually reply within 1-2 working days (often sooner).
Outside of camp periods: We typically get back to you within 3-5 working days.
When to call us
Please only call for things that affect today, right now, and that the onsite team needs to know immediately.
Call us if:
You’re running late for drop off or pick up
Someone different is collecting your child that day (please also follow up by email or the contact form so we can update our records).

Use the form for anything that needs to be logged, updated or managed on our system - this helps us keep records accurate and consistent.
The form is best for:
Same-day Breakfast Club or After Club bookings
Letting us know your child is unwell and won’t be attending
Wraparound bookings that aren’t time critical
Booking questions or availability queries

Why this helps
During camp, the onsite team’s main focus is looking after the children and keeping the day running smoothly. Most of the behind-the-scenes admin - bookings, registers, payments and updates - is handled offsite.

and the camp team can stay focused on the children
If something needs updating on our system, we’ll usually ask you to follow up in writing anyway - so starting with the form helps us help you faster.
