Work with us

We’re always interested in hearing from people who care about children, enjoy working as part of a team, and want to be part of a friendly, well-run holiday camp.

Global Camps is a small, local organisation, and our team is a big part of what makes camp feel safe, welcoming and fun. Many of our staff work with children year-round in schools or youth settings and return to camp time and again.

Who we’re looking for

We typically hear from people who have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Teaching or classroom support

  • Sports coaching or physical activity leadership

  • Youth work, childcare or playwork

  • Outdoor learning or creative activities

  • Supporting children with additional needs

You don’t need to have worked at a holiday camp before, what matters most to us is your approach, reliability and ability to build positive relationships with children.

What it’s like to work at Global Camps

  • A supportive, well-organised camp environment

  • Clear routines and expectations

  • Experienced leadership and safeguarding structures

  • A friendly, inclusive team culture

  • The chance to return camp after camp

We take safeguarding seriously and all staff must be willing to complete DBS checks and required training.
