  • Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Children must meet the stated age requirements for the camp or group they are booked into.

3. Payments

  • All camp fees are payable in advance.

  • Prices are listed on our website and may vary depending on camp, location and any applicable discounts.

  • We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Discounts and Offers

  • Any discounts (including sibling, early bird or promotional offers) are subject to availability and specific terms.

  • Discounts cannot usually be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Discounts are applied at the time of booking and cannot be retrospectively added.

  • No refunds are guaranteed for non-attendance without notice.

6. Changes to Bookings

  • Requests for changes should be made via our contact form or email only.

  • Last-minute changes may not always be possible during busy periods.

7. Wraparound Care

  • Breakfast Club and After Club are add-on services available only to children attending the main camp day.

  • Late collection may incur additional charges.

  • Only authorised adults listed on the booking may collect a child.

  • We must be informed in advance if someone different is collecting your child.

9. Behaviour

  • We expect all children to behave in a way that is respectful and safe.

  • If a child’s behaviour places themselves, other children or staff at risk, we reserve the right to withdraw their place.

  • In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

10. Medical Information and Additional Needs

  • Parents/carers must provide accurate and up-to-date medical, allergy and emergency contact information.
